About Dr. Judith T. Evans

Dr. Judith T. Evans is an author, lecturer and coach on issues related to career management and life transformations. She combines a corporate background with a lifelong study of spiritual practices. Her professional work draws upon this experience because many of her clients are facing a career challenge or seeking a new direction by reinventing themselves.

As an entrepreneurial expert, she works with individuals pursuing options such as consulting, franchising, buying and starting a business to exploring multiple streams of income.

She has coached and held seminars for participants from a broad array of industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, media and publishing, technology and professional services (law, medicine, and accounting) at Right Management, a global consulting company. Early in her career at two global 100 corporations, Ciba-Geigy (now Novartis) and Cosmair (now L’Oreal USA), she provided management training and organizational consulting. For over 10 years, she taught entrepreneurial courses at New York University.

Dr. Evans is a pioneer in conducting original research on ways to improve corporate careers. As a result of this work, she was an invited speaker and published findings, drawing upon lessons learned from entry-level and high potential employees to presidents and CEO’s at the peak of their careers.

Educational credentials include a Masters and Doctorate in developmental psychology from the School of Education at Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. She is a founding member of the Career Counselor’s Consortium in New York City and was elected three times to its board.
